Moderating the office temperature is a necessary evil when ensuring the working environment is optimal for employee productivity.  Avoiding unnecessary peaks or lows in temperatures will ensure that the energy usage is also kept low and with it your businesses carbon footprint.  It sounds obvious as do most of our tips but often the happy medium on heating gets forgotten in winter and summer months.  Our tip is to decide on temperatures that suit the masses and only allow authorised personnel access to controls.
